Questions About Flavors

  1. Has Vuse removed all flavor options from sale?

    No. We continue to offer our tobacco and menthol in all of our vapor products.

  2. Can I still buy Vuse products from my local retailer?

    Yes, Vuse power units and tobacco and menthol are sold at local retailers.

    Berry, Mixed Berry, Chai, Crema, Fusion, Melon, Mint, Nectar, and Tropical are no longer available at existing retail locations.

  3. Can I still buy Vuse products on your site?

    Yes, Vuse power units and tobacco and menthol are sold at vusevapor.com.

    Berry, Mixed Berry, Chai, Crema, Fusion, Melon, Mint, Nectar, and Tropical are no longer available online.

  4. Why is Vuse no longer selling certain flavors?

    We have adjusted our business in light of recent federal and state restrictions on flavored vaping products. We recognize that the changes can be difficult to navigate through, but we are here to help. If you have registered with us, please login to visit the MyAccount section of the website to ensure you have opted in to receive email communications from us.

  5. Will these flavors ever be available again?

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) recent guidance that restricts flavored cartridges provides an opportunity for flavors to return to the market once cleared by the FDA application process. Applications are due to FDA by May 12, 2020. Vuse has already submitted its application for Vuse Solo and is well positioned to complete applications for its entire portfolio by the May deadline. Once review is completed, FDA will then determine if the flavors are able to return to market.

  6. Why can’t I buy menthol flavor packs?

    Menthol products may not be available for sale due to restrictions in certain states. See the drop down above of available flavors in your state.

  7. What happened with my Auto-Ship order?

    Auto-Ship subscriptions of Berry, Mixed Berry, Chai, Crema, Fusion, Melon, Mint, Nectar, and Tropical have been cancelled.

  8. Why am I unable to order any products from vusevapor.com?

    Separate from the recent federal and state restrictions on flavored vaping products, we do not ship to consumers in AR, DE, HI, LA, MA, ME, UT, and VT, or to consumers with APO/FPO addresses.
